A company is looking for a Clinical Call Specialist. Key Responsibilities Provide indirect patient care by answering inbound clinical calls and guiding patients regarding laboratory results and medication refills Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while adhering to patient needs and organizational guidelines Communicate basic patient information and forward complex inquiries to appropriate personnel for timely responses Required Qualifications One year of call center experience or two years of customer service experience with multiple telephone lines Two years of experience in keyboarding and navigating multiple computer applications in a Windows environment Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program with 2-3 years of clinic experience Current CPR / BLS certification Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
