We’re hiring Entry Level Small Part Assemblers for a leading manufacturer in RF and microwave connectors, cable assemblies, and resistive products—industries where precision, performance, and durability matter. Located in Mesa, AZ, this full-time opportunity offers consistent hours, optional overtime, and the chance to grow and develop your skills with a world-class team.

Entry Level Small Part Assembler Job Duties :

Assemble cable harnesses and small parts using small hand tools

Perform precise hand assembly work under a microscope or lighted magnifying glass

Follow written and visual instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

Maintain focus during repetitive tasks in a clean, organized work environment

Soldering experience is a plus, but not required

What We’re Looking For :

Comfort with repetitive, detail-focused tasks

Steady hands and good hand-eye coordination

Ability to work under magnification (microscope or magnifying glass)

Must have reliable transportation to the Mesa, AZ location

Location : Mesa, AZ

Pay :  $17 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Optional Overtime)
