Join the team at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portlands Old Port District. Were looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hrs / week)

On-Call : Rotating basis required

Pay : $22$27 / hour (based on experience and skills)

License : Valid drivers license required

What Youll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including painting plumbing electrical HVAC and basic carpentry.
• Complete preventative maintenance for guest rooms public spaces and equipment.
• Maintain hotel exterior areas and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are kept clean organized and safe.
• Support additional maintenance needs at nearby ownership properties as assigned.
