In this role, you will be a key player in the daily operations of our center, working closely with the Center Manager to cultivate a positive and high-performing team. You will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience, and fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and valued.
  • Assist the Center Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining our pristine center standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the European Wax Center values and promoting our services and products with passion and expertise.
