Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing accounts with precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in customer service principles, possess strong communication skills, and excel in handling diverse responsibilities such as billing, order processing, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Process orders, manage accounts, and handle billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems and tools like Oracle and NIS to manage customer data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all communication and processes to enhance customer experiences.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information across systems.
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely billing and payment processing.
- Apply strong phone etiquette skills to handle calls professionally and build positive relationships.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage data, track tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Contribute to the improvement of office functions and customer service practices.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and managing accounts.Proficiency in tools such as Oracle, ERP solutions, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.Knowledge of billing functions, accounts receivable, and medical coverage processes.Familiarity with order entry systems and principles of account management.Ability to meet quality standards and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.Experience collaborating across internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Skilled in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during customer interactions.
