Oracle HCM Technical Lead

Required Skills :

• Good experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud with the majority of recent experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications
• Recent experience in a lead solution architect role in at least 2 full ERP Cloud implementations
• Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology
• Good implementation knowledge on Oracle OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions and BI / OTBI Reports
• Played customer facing role (onsite lead).
• Worked on ERP Cloud Fit gap, Integration, Report and Extension finalization
• Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients and the implementation team.
• Knowledge on Oracle Database Cloud services
• Provide the technical consulting approach to customer and functional team during Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation
• MUST have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience
