Primary Care Opportunities - Outpatient - One Hour from Chicago

Details of the positions include :
Outpatient only
Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
Full subspecialty referral support in network
Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
Office based procedures encouraged and supported
Call 1 : 4 or greater (telephone only)
New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow
