OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRINGOpening : Project Engineer / Manager Location : Anchorage, AK Pay : $70, - $90, COMPANY INFO : We’re partnering with a well-established, locally operated construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout Anchorage and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on healthcare construction, this team prides itself on precision, accountability, and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Support the successful execution of complex healthcare and commercial construction projects Coordinate and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and daily reporting using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Assist in project scheduling and subcontractor coordination Oversee quality control measures including inspections, punch lists, and documentation tracking Support on-site logistics including material handling, deliveries, and safety compliance Coordinate Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) processes for hospital project phase Participate in project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors Track and maintain LEED and ICRA compliance documentation REQUIREMENTS : 1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering Familiarity with submittal and RFI processes Experience with construction documentation and quality control procedures Strong understanding of safety and risk management practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with construction management software, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Experience with hospital or healthcare construction Working knowledge of LEED documentation and compliance Experience with ICRA / ILSM coordination and phased renovation projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) BENEFITS : Competitive salary based on experience Full medical, dental, and vision insurance (k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a stable, growing company
