We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals.

The Outside Rental Sales Representative is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all sales related activities within the assigned region covering customers and channels including rental, construction, municipal and other as assigned. This individual is responsible for achieving market penetration growth of specified Generac Product's to existing customers and distribution while delivering on our brand promise every day. The Outside Sales Representative II promotes and communicates the features and benefits of the product offering through sales arguments, product demonstrations, and competitive comparisons in the market.

Major Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase rental sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions
• Prepare and present rental quotes, contracts, and proposals
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and rental opportunities in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, rental agreements, and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and annual rental sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape

Compensation : Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Total Target Comp is $125,000k-$175,000k+ uncapped. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives. Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
