Desktop Management Training Program

Join the Desktop Management Training Program, an intensive one-year or less job training initiative designed to equip young adults with crucial skills needed for their professional careers. The program offers in-class learning, valuable internship opportunities, and dedicated coaching to ensure your success in the workforce.

Participants will gain access to internships and job placement assistance through our esteemed partner, YUPRO Placement. Internships may be available with leading organizations such as BNY Mellon, Fidelity, and Bank of America, providing you with real-world experience and networking opportunities.

Are you eligible to apply?

You can apply if you are :

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday through Friday for the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Without a Bachelor’s degree
• Willing to complete additional screening questions during the application
