Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including opening / closing shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do :

Lead a team in creating a hospitable environment for customers and associates alike.

Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.

Support the execution of visual merchandising and product placement updates.

Support all areas of operational excellence, including managing inventory according to policies and procedures including filling orders, recalls, recovery, replenishment, re-tickets etc.

Educate, coach, mentor and inspire all store associates based on their individual strengths, opportunities and needs.

Create a relationship-based selling culture where all associates align around the needs of our customers to drive customer loyalty and a sustainable sales trend.

Responsible for leading / supervising others on occasion as well as opening / closing the store independently.

Able to plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business.

Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
