Join a dynamic distribution center in Hialeah, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of parts for OEMs, MROs, and airlines. Your work will involve performing quality inspections on third-party manufactured parts before shipping them to manufacturing facilities.

Will have to pass a caliper assessment to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Verify routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provide objective evidence of results.
• Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring, identifying and documenting discrepancies.
• Segregate and control non-conforming items, perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• Inspect incoming parts / material and outgoing orders to verify correct certification and check parts for processing.
• Conduct dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels, and visual inspections for obvious defects.
• Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and company quality standards.
• Communicate with vendors as needed for disposition and control of non-conforming products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
