The Client Care Representative plays an integral role in the Advanced Veterinary Care provided by our team. This role goes hand in hand with our purpose statement of enhancing the quality of life for our patients.In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following :

Position Responsibilities
Answer multiple line phonesSchedule appointmentsGreet clients upon arrivalPrepare and collect information from clients to create or update their pet’s chartExplain hospital policy as it applies to payment for services renderedFaxing, filing, mailingReminder callsPerforming end-of-day dutiesProperly use the computer to schedule appointments, enter new client and new pet information, and generate invoicesAppropriately prepare billings, receipts, collect, and record all payments for services renderedConsistent, on time arrival and attendance at work each day you are scheduled.Always be in position and prepared to work at the start of each shift.Good communication skills.Ability to work well with others as a team.Flexibility and the ability to adjust to a changing environmentHandle stress and pressure calmly, with poise and tact.Self-motivated, hard worker.Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate appropriately.Willingness and ability to learn new tasks quickly.Ability to receive constructive criticism and accept responsibility for actions.Reliable and dependable.Common sense, good judgment and sense of humor.Qualifications
GED or High School DiplomaTwo years minimum customer service experienceBasic computer knowledgeKnow how to operate basic office equipmentKnowledge of the veterinary field is preferred, but not requiredMust be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time.Required to lift up to forty (40) pounds.Schedule
