About the Role :
The RPA Solutions Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of RPA developers designing and building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The person will work with business stakeholders to understand the process, build appropriate solutions, and perform user acceptance testing with them. Working in iterations with regular demos and delivery will be critical.
As an RPA Solutions Architect, you will lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. You will stay abreast with the latest developments in the Intelligent Automation space and bring ideas related to AI and RPA to the team. You will work with the IT leadership to pilot and test initiatives by building Proof of Concepts (POCs). You are a self-starter with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders effectively.
The Details : This is a full-time, remote contract-to-hire position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Providing guidance with process design
- Designing, developing, and testing automation workflows
- Deploying RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
- Supporting the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
- Creating process and end-user documentation
- Assuring the quality of the automation (QA processes)
- Identifying effective ways to work around UiPath limitations, especially while working with Citrix
- Working with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects
- Working directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- Collaborating with development team members of other teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
- Supporting deployments or troubleshooting production issues outside work hours and participating in an on-call rotation as needed
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experienceUiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional requiredBasic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)Able to design technical specification documents for RPA ProjectsKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learningUnderstanding of workflow-based logicStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to present technical details to non-technical audiences with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving / analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methodsExperience :
Minimum four years of RPA development using UiPathMinimum seven years of experience as a developer in any of the programming languages like C / C++, Python, Java, JS, C# and using Web technologies (APIs)Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile development methodologyHands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.Experience developing and consuming APIsExperience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferredGIT Source control; branching and mergingPay Range : $100.00 - $120.00 / hour. Exact pay will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
