Patient Financial Representative Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Oversee collections activities, contacting patients for outstanding payments and negotiating payment arrangements
- Validate reimbursement claims, working closely with insurance providers to resolve issues and optimize revenue. Accurately post cash transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity
- Handle incoming mail, scanning documents and entering data into relevant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
