About the Role

The Managing Director - Transaction Advisory Services will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction engagements and overseeing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring and integration planning. You will serve as a senior client advisor to private equity firms, corporate acquirers and lenders, providing strategic insights into value drivers, risk factors, operational synergies and post-transaction outcomes. You will also develop and execute the growth strategy for the practice : building and maintaining a network of senior-level relationships, driving business development, cultivating a book of business, managing teams of professionals, and ensuring high standards of project delivery, quality assurance and profitability. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field (an MBA or CPA is highly preferred), along with 12 or more years' experience in accounting, advisory, M&A or due-diligence roles within a large professional services or investment banking environment. A proven track record in leading complex transaction engagements, as well as advising on purchase agreements, performing financial statement analyses, managing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes, is essential. Strong leadership and client-facing skills, advanced proficiency with financial modeling and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to originate and nurture business opportunities are required.
