We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive the end-to-end hiring strategy for our engineering, product, and data teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, understand their technical needs, and attract top-tier candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on sourcing with strategic advisory, ensuring CSC secures the technical talent needed to scale. This position will report into the VP of Recruiting.

What You Get To Do Every Day :

• Partner with engineering, data, and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define role requirements
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technical functions through proactive sourcing and networking
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience
• Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, interviewing, feedback alignment, offer negotiation, and closing
• Use data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting processes
• Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms) to accelerate sourcing, outreach, and candidate assessment
• Represent CSC's mission and culture in the technical talent market to position us as an employer of choice
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team to align technical hiring with overall company workforce plans
