Responsibilities :

At Drive Health, we’re transforming healthcare through AI-driven solutions that empower

patients, providers, and payers. As our Quality Assurance and Testing Lead, you’ll be the

cornerstone of ensuring product reliability, security, and compliance in a high-stakes healthcare environment. You’ll design and oversee testing strategies across our mobile, web, and backend systems, while leading a small but growing QA team. This role is critical in guaranteeing that our solutions not only function flawlessly but also maintain the trust of patients, providers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across multiple platforms (iOS,

Android, Web, APIs).

  • Establish automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines.
  • Define and track quality metrics (bug rates, test coverage, release readiness).
  • Lead test planning, case creation, execution, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and compliance teams to ensure

    • healthcare-grade reliability.

  • Mentor and lead junior QA engineers and contractors.
  • Ensure all testing practices meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and other healthcare compliance

    • requirements.

  • Partner with developers to proactively identify risks and resolve defects early in the

    • lifecycle.

    Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
  • Strong background in test automation (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Experience testing mobile applications (Android + iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
  • Proven ability to set up QA frameworks and processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • ISTQB, CSTE, or other QA / testing certifications.
  • Experience leading distributed or hybrid QA teams.
