IT Systems & Support Administrator
We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems & Support Administrator to manage and support all aspects of IT operations across our organization. This is a versatile role that blends technical support, systems administration, and IT operations management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment, balancing daily support with long-term technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 13 end-user support across Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure AD, and endpoint security.
- Support local infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless, VOIP) with MSP coordination
- Maintain physical security systems (surveillance, access control).
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead small IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.
- Track assets, manage licenses, and coordinate with vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications :
36 years in IT support, systems admin, or IT generalist roles.Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, firewalls).Familiarity with security tools, backups, and MFA.Experience working independently in a lean IT environment.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
