We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Manager or Sales Director to lead business growth across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize sales strategies to expand the company’s footprint and achieve ambitious growth targets in the U.S. market.
• Lead the sales of primary cell and reagent products, as well as CRO services, to pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale coordination, from logistics to customer satisfaction.
