job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMust be 16 years of age (18+ with HS diploma or equivalent preferred) Childcare experience is a plus Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program Successful background check and VA licensing standards required Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep Keep your classroom organized and clean Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations PTO, Medical & Dental Insurance, FSA, 401k Reimbursement for college credits Discounted childcare Paid trainings & professional development opportunities
