We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Office Manager to lead our team and help grow our State Farm Agency. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales-ideal for someone passionate about helping people while running an efficient and professional office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
- Lead and motivate the team to meet service and production goals
- Handle customer retention efforts through proactive outreach, follow-ups and account reviews
- Service existing clients by addressing billing, claims, and policy questions.
- Sells and cross-sell State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance.
- Support new team members training and development.
- Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records, office supplies, and support basic admin needs
Qualifications :
Prior office management or leadership experience requiredSales or customer service background (insurance industry preferred)Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) required or must be obtained within 60 daysStrong communication, organization and multitasking skillsSelf-motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping peopleWhat we offer :
