With our global reach, expertise, and infrastructure, SLS is able to provide a comprehensive solution for e-waste and IT asset disposition anywhere in the world.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform day-to-day invoicing of client inbound and / or outbound material
• Create monthly statements for specific clients and request refunds as needed.
• Ensure clients' shipments are settled in a timely manner to not miss predetermined SLA's.
• Responsible for data extraction requests from other departments about past client settlements.
• Work to streamline settlement processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Perform day-to-day invoicing of outbound customer sales, including wholesale and ecommerce sales.
• Proactively interface with product sales teams at all SLS locations for problem resolution.
• Prepare monthly reports for distribution to management.
• Approve sales orders after verifying customer credit worthiness; review and approve any credit memos.
• Assist in month end close by creating spreadsheets used for accrual purposes.
• Support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives and foster compliance with quality requirements
• Support and ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Liaise with management, internal and external auditors, and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
