Welder

This position is responsible for welding accurate, quality parts according to instructions and within specified time frame, using the appropriate tools and / or equipment according to safety and quality standards. Candidate should be able to perform adjustments needed to ensure factory settings and specifications by using schematics, engineering documents and precedent to weld parts and submitting welded parts to quality control or appropriate team leader.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Fabricate parts as directed by Supervisor
• Understand and perform weld machine setup
• Understand and read blueprints
• Perform accurate, quality fabrication in a timely manner
• Submit fabricated parts to Quality Control.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and workspace
• Complies with Established Policies
• Clock in and out of work orders.
