IT Support Assistant

Temp-to-Hire (Full-Time, On-Site in Bethesda, MD)

We’re hiring a full-time IT Support Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting our dynamic client in Bethesda, MD. This fully on-site role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical skills and a proactive approach to IT support and systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Backup, reset, and securely wipe retired Apple MacBook computers to prepare devices for resale

Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, network devices, and related hardware / software

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees

Use client management tools to automate and manage IT assets in an enterprise environment

Collaborate with the IT team on projects and daily support tasks

Document procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications :

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments

Experience with asset management

Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and asset management systems

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Prior experience in IT support or help desk roles preferred
