Zinober Diana & Monteverde P.A. is an established civil litigation and trial group seeking 1-2 experienced associate attorneys to join its growing Fort Lauderdale office.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation and experience in least two or more of the following practice areas :

• First-Party Property : residential, commercial
• Third-Party : premise liability, property, auto, commercial auto, trucking
• Construction Defect matters
• General Liability and Negligence
• Coverage matters : policy interpretation, coverage opinions, declaratory judgement actions

Responsibilities may include :

Preparing legal analysis and coverage opinions on a variety of insurance policies

Draft discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and legal memoranda

Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution or trial

Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Participate in strategy discussions with supervising partners

Ensure compliance with litigation and billing guidelines

Advise adjusters on duty to defend, indemnification issues, and risk exposure.

Candidates should be proactive, organized, and be capable of independently managing multiple cases at a time. Candidates should also be able to work collaboratively with other members in the firm.
