About the role :

As a Director of Pharmacy Operations with KabaFusion, you will have operational oversight of a location that includes pharmacy, intake, and shipping / receiving along with working collaboratively with sales and nursing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Work with subordinate managers and sales staff to evaluate monthly P & L and formulate strategies to improve performance
• Establish and implement short-and-long term goals and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
• Hire, coach, mentor, lead and develop staff, performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary
