Program Coordinator - Client is a Premier Motorsports companyLocation : Santa Clarita, CAPay Range : $25-$35 per hour Our client is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to support project execution across our Technical and Production divisions. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with a passion for motorsports and a knack for project coordination. Key Responsibilities : -Support the planning, coordination, and consolidation of cross-functional project activities-Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and implement countermeasures-Provide regular status updates to track progress and guide project direction-Communicate program requirements to department managers and project leads-Assist in tracking engineering schedules, milestones, and deliverables-Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to gather updates and align priorities-Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and project records-Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items-Learn and apply project management tools and engineering workflows Qualifications : -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience)-1 year of experience, including internships or co-ops in technical or engineering environments-Experience managing technical projects and understanding engineering development cycles-Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus-Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite-Strong organizational and time management skills-Clear written and verbal communication-Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
