We're seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who thrive on teamwork, connection, and making a real impact through home care. As part of our In-Home Care (IHC) Team, you'll partner with Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on primary care for members with complex conditions ensuring consistent, compassionate, and high-value care in every visit. This is a full-time, MondayFriday, field-based role. You must live in or near Atlanta, Georgia, as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will :

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
• Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
• Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $20 to $25 / hour. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc.
