Key Responsibilities :

Supervise AP clerks, ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments.

Use Excel (pivot tables, filters) to analyze AP data and streamline workflows.

Act as a liaison between operations and leadership, resolving vendor or process issues.

Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Support audits with accurate AP records and process improvements.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of accounts payable experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, filters); familiarity with Concur or SAP a plus.

Ability to manage difficult personalities and build team cohesion.

Industrial / energy sector experience preferred but not required.
