Job Requirements

• Education Requirements : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license valid in Texas
• Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, IV certification (preferred), CPR certification
• Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, hospital, or corrections settings
• Other Requirements : Proficiency in g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies; ability to work flexible shifts;Strong communication skills
