Quality Inspector -Leeds

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

• Shift : 6a-2 : 30pm
• What's the Job?
• Collect quality data as required to derive quality objectives.
• Execute and maintain comprehensive quality product inspections.
• Serve as a manufacturing focal point for intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root causes and implementing permanent corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow and promote the use of internal quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect First Articles, incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies and subassemblies products per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.
• What's Needed?
• Hands-on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO certified environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs.
• Experience with Document Control software.
• Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and knowledge of DFx, FMEA or similar Quality Systems is a plus.
• Ability to conduct subassembly tests as required to ensure quality products.
