Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties including answering phones, filing correspondence, copying materials, ordering supplies, assisting with data entry, typing correspondence, and promoting the organization of the office. The Administrative Assistant assists with personnel functions, completion of required reports, the operation and maintenance of office equipment and other administrative functions that may be assigned. The selected candidate will have excellent telephone, computer, clerical, and customer service skills, a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.
