Crest Palliative care, a growing hospice program, has an exciting opportunities for a Social Worker, LMSW. We serve San Antonio and the Hill Country. Our patients are in their Homes, Personal Care Homes, Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities. We are looking for full time staff but will also consider part time. One year home health or hospice experience preferred.
