EWP Design Manager needed in the Great State of Georgia

Opportunity : EWP Design Manager

Pay Range : $90,000 to $100,000.00 (based on experience)

Location : Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-person team of Structural Designers.

Review outgoing designs for accuracy and optimization.

Allocate resources effectively to balance priorities across multiple projects.

Hold team accountable for meeting project deadlines.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster growth within the Design Team.

Provide job-site support, with the aid of sales department, when requested.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

5+ years of experience with Structural Design and / or Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

General knowledge of construction industry.

Knowledge of floor and roof truss design process

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.

Knowledge of current local codes associated with structural design.

Good written and oral communication skills are required.
