We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, issues, and needs. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring that our customers' experiences with our products and services are positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
Provide timely and accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Monitor customer feedback and work on improving service quality
Perform administrative tasks such as processing orders and managing customer databases
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and handle customer complaints effectively
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
