The position serves as the initial point of contact for patients, students, and the public.
This role ensures smooth clinic operations by managing scheduling, medical records, and administrative tasks. The position functions as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and compliance with clinic, college, and healthcare regulations. Supervision Statement : Reports to and works under the general direction of the Director. Work is performed independently using previously learned knowledge and professional judgment, according to College policies and applicable laws and regulations. Work is reviewed by observation of the efficient and effective coordination of the department.
Positions in this classification may coordinate and lead the work of hourly employees and student workers. This position may plan work, assign tasks, provide priorities, train and check the work of assigned staff and is available to answer questions and troubleshoot problems on a daily basis.
