As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.

Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors and personnel with security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report security-related incidents or irregularities as observed during shift.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
