SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Job Title

Norfolk, VA (On-Site / Office)

Duties :

• Assign work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
• Prepare and facilitate classified and unclassified operational briefings to all levels of staff including SES and Flag officers, concerning their material condition, schedules and operations.
• Communicate with the pertinent representatives and assist in resolving problems that may exist concerning ship reporting requirements and the necessary corrective action.
• Perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties in connection with conducting, coordinating, and directing reviews or special assessments of management functions and / or programs.
• Provide major input into the development of policy, plans, budget, and procedures to implement the efficient and effective operation of ships assigned to DSM.
• Develop proposals and recommendations to resolve complex problems involving worldwide DSM ship operations and institute corrective actions as appropriate to ensure timely and effective support of the fleet's mission.
