Position Summary :

The Director of Nursing Telemetry will oversee all clinical and operational functions of the telemetry unit ensuring high standards in cardiac monitoring patient outcomes staff engagement and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the telemetry department

Oversee staffing productivity and departmental performance metrics

Drive quality safety and evidence-based practice initiatives

Partner closely with cardiology and interdisciplinary clinical teams

Manage departmental budgets and resource planning

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

Qualifications :

Active RN license (State of Florida or eligible for endorsement)

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a telemetry unit within an acute care hospital

Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
