- Process vendor invoices and payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and general ledger balances to maintain precise financial records.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating maintenance services.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports related to expenses, accounts payable, and budget tracking for managerial review.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with internal communications.
- Organize and facilitate team events and meetings to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure proper coding of accounts in compliance with established accounting practices.
- Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial processes and maintain records.
- Handle daily mail and correspondence related to accounts payable and office operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure seamless interactions.
