Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of executive support experience
Qualifications :
10 years of experience working with executive leaders
Office manager would be a comparable title / background
Microsoft suite of applications (proof of proficiency required)
Adobe Acrobat
Strength with Excel (proof of proficiency required)
Experience with PowerBI
Financial savvy
Flexibility (mostly working first shift, but occasional needs arise during off hours)
Interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Top Skills :
Very strong written and oral communication

Job Duties :
The Executive Assistant's primary responsibility is to support Mountain West District’s Distribution Director (i.e. travel & meeting arrangement, reporting, meeting scheduling, meeting support).
The Executive Assistant’s secondary responsibility is to support and maintain district offices (primary Aurora office).
Monthly dealer reporting, Executive reporting (annually and as requested)
Monthly budget report, expense book report – will need to keep budget balanced and provide recommendations / guidance on budget items
Regular meeting, travel, and event arrangements
