Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Medical Assistant works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Position Details : Medical Assistant – Primary Care Mercy Internal Medicine Crestwood 10024 Watson Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63126 Schedule : Part-time, 24 hours / week Qualifications :

• Certification not required Primary Care Assistant - Medical Assistant : Education : High School Diploma or GED. Certification : Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire . Preferred Experience : 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office. Primary Care - Certified Medical Assistant : Education : High School Diploma or GED. Certification : Must have active Medical Assistant certification / registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA). Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
