Director of Children and Youth Formation

As a growing, multi-generational parish on Chicago’s Northwest Side, we are seeking a candidate who will cultivate opportunities for children and teenagers to be formed in Christ under the supervision of our Rector (Lead Pastor), Fr. Kyle Oesch.

Our Director of Children and Youth Formation will provide vision and leadership to our current children’s ministry (birth through 1st grade) while also designing new opportunities for Christian formation to students in their older elementary and teenage years. This role will involve volunteer recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with our safety policies for working with minors.
