Job Summary :

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer for a 12-month assignment. This individual will maintain and enhance foundational data pipelines that power self-service analytics, automate critical reporting workflows to significantly reduce manual efforts, and ensure pipelines are consistently refreshed with new or seasonal data. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to leverage standardized test reporting frameworks to make business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintenance of the Data Foundations layer needed to supercharge self-serving capabilities for "CoM Product reporting"
• Automation of in-season KPI reporting and opportunity identification on CoM products to reduce the weekly lift
• Improve existing CoM reporting capabilities
• Build and / or collaborate with other analytics enablements teams on New CoM reporting capabilities for short-term lending products
• define key metrics using backend source of truth where available, leverage best practices for data pipeline performance and quality, and business facing reporting
