Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks
• Assist with customer support and order processing
• Help coordinate and launch email campaigns
• Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries
• Support product reviews and feedback management
• Update and manage products using Magento
• General VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and basic data entry
