Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director specializing in data center projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mission-critical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects for data centers, including planning, design, execution, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.
