Rotating Equipment & Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a knowledgeable Rotating Equipment & Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise and engineering support for critical machinery and systems. This position focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and associated support systems through both proactive maintenance strategies and problem-solving of complex failures.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of :

• Drivers and driven equipment including gas / steam turbines, large motors, generators, compressors, and pumps.
• Supporting systems such as bearings, couplings, lubrication systems, and sealing technologies (mechanical and dry gas seals).
• Performance monitoring and diagnostics with an emphasis on compressor efficiency, vibration analysis, and rotating machinery health management.

This engineer will also contribute to reliability initiatives by supporting operations with analytical techniques, structured problem solving, and improvements to maintenance practices.
