Salary : $22 Hourly

Are you a SharePoint expert with a passion for building intuitive, scalable systems that improve communication and workflow? Join our team and help us transform how we connect internally and with our clients.

What Youll Do

  • Design and build a company intranet using SharePoint to streamline internal communication and resource sharing.
  • Develop a client-facing SharePoint system that :

Sends automated task lists and reminders to clients.

  • Tracks incomplete tasks and provides visibility into client progress.
  • Serves as a contact log, showing clients what calls have been made and what actions are pending.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure the system meets business goals and client expectations.
  • Integrate SharePoint with email and other Microsoft 365 tools for seamless communication.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience developing SharePoint solutions (Online and / or On-Premises).
  • Strong skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Experience with workflows, permissions, and custom web parts.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    • Bonus Skills

  • Experience with client portals or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of task management and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance and data security best practices.
