Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones, financial oversight, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while acting as the first line of communication with customers and "our customer's best service provider."

Responsibilities :

• Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and / or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs. cost reviews (WIP reviews).
• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
• Timesheet Expense COI Procurement.
• Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and develop / implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Act as "our customer's best service provider" by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.
• Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
